Good grief, no, I didn’t run out the door naked this morning, even though that would’ve been quite a story! I wanted to talk to you about this awesome Urban Decay palette that I got for Christmas. I won’t lie, I’m a big Urban Decay fangirl, and thankfully someone knows me very well (looking at you husband!). I’ve been addicted to their stuff for over five years or so, simply because they really cracked down their formulas.
I carry my Bobble bottle everywhere, around the office, to every meeting, while working out, on the go, you name it!
I find that keeping a bottle of water near me at all times really helps me reach my goal of drinking two litres of water a day.
This size holds up to 550ml so I try to fill it up three times per day, plus I drink two cups of matcha tea in the morning, which gives me my total of 2 litres.
I started making cashew cheese a couple of years ago and since then I’ve mastered the recipe to the point I’ll happily share it with the world. If you’re not familiar with cashew cheese, don’t let the name scare you – it’s dead easy to whip up and uber delicious.
I often make cashew cheese for family gatherings, dinner parties or simply just because. It makes a perfect starter served along with crackers and marinated olives and it surely is an ice breaker, sparking conversation around the table.
If you’re a fan of creamy cheese dips, I’ll guarantee you that you will go bonkers with this dairy-free version. It’s so addictive that one time my father-in-law may or may not have sneaked into the kitchen fridge to have some more in the middle of the night.
